Adding Images to Your Article

1. Login to your site as an Administrator.

2. Go to "Blog," or whichever name you have chosen for your blog and click on it.

3. Select the article you want to add a picture to.

4. Scroll down to the "Body" section and click the place you would like to have a picture.

5. Click the "Insert Attached image" link to the right of the Body field. NOTE: Until you SAVE the article one time, you will not see the "Insert Attached image" link to the right of the Body field.

6. If this is the 1st image you are attaching to your Article, you will see an Upload Image page.  If you already have attached images, you will have the ability to select what size image you want to place in your article. Image options include: small, medium, large, original.

7. After you select the size of image you want on the page, you should see a "tag" in the article that looks something like this , where the 2 changes for each image.

8. You can preview your article by clicking the "Quick Refresh" button to the right of the Body Content.

9) If you have multiple images attached to the Article, you can place a Slideshow or Image box on the page by clicking the link titled "Ninja Code."

SiteNinja CMS saves every image into 7 individual files with the following sizes:

1. icon - 12 pixels wide

2. thumb - 48 pixels wide

3. small - 150 pixels wide

4. medium - 250 pixels wide

5. slide - 550 pixels wide

6. large - 658 pixels wide (550 pixels wide prior to 1/1/2015)

7. wide_slide - 870 pixels wide

8. Original - whatever the original size of the image uploaded

NOTES:

• The height of the image is proportional to the width

• icon, thumb and small image size will crop the height of your image

• not all images sizes are available to select from your image upload screen.  You can manually change your ninja tag to display other image sizes

Deleting Images from Your Article

1. Login to your site as an Administrator.

2. Go to "Blog," or whichever name you have chosen for your blog and click on it.

3. Select the article you want to add a picture to.

4. Scroll down to the "Body" section and find the image tag you wish to delete, and remove it from the Article.

5. Save your page.
